Immediately after completing your order you will receive a confirmation email that the order was successful. This email may also end up in your junk mail. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a message by email with all the details surrounding the shipment, such as the tracking page with which you can follow the order.

If the tracking page indicates that the order has been delivered, but is not actually in our possession, we must initiate a delivery investigation. If this is not reported to us within 14 days , the consumer's right of withdrawal will lapse, as it will no longer be possible to find out what happened to the package.
Shipping is free in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany for all orders when you spend €100 - non-sale or more.

Exchanges and returns

Yes that is possible. The quickest thing is to reorder the size you need, then you can be sure that it is not sold out. But in all other cases you can contact our customer service so that we can reserve the item for you

If you return your online order, or part of it, to one of our stores, you will receive a receipt from the store. Your return will then actually be processed and refunded later.
Once your return has been checked and processed, you will receive a refund within a maximum of 3 working days in the same way you paid (credit card refunds may take slightly longer). We will keep you informed by email about the return processing and refund.
We cannot predict the exact day when we will go on sale, but it is a good bet that it will be mid-December and mid-June. Regular customers will then have the opportunity to purchase at sale prices a week earlier. So make sure you have an account and are registered for the newsletter.
When ordering, please state in the comments what you would like packed and we will do our best to arrange this. We are currently working on a feature that gives you the option in the shopping cart to have the order or part of it packed.
Sometimes it can be quite difficult to choose the right size. Sizes can sometimes differ per brand or item. You can assume that your child's height corresponds to the size (depending on build). Our size charts provide a guideline for choosing the correct size, which you can find on the product page when choosing the size.
If you want to give baby clothes as a gift at the birth of a child, you can look at the birth announcement. A birth announcement usually states the height and birth weight of the child. Keep the length for the size and choose 1 size larger if the birth weight is above 3500 grams.

No, the stock online shows all available stock.
Our policy is as follows. At the start of our sale, we will refund the difference up to 10 days in the form of a shop credit. This applies to both stores and online. We do not compensate the difference for every increase in the discount. We have to draw the line somewhere, and it is up to the customer to wait until the item is further discounted, with the risk that it will sell out.
