The original price tags have not been removed and the clothing has not been worn and/or washed. Shoes may not have visible signs of wear and a shoe box may not be used as packaging for the return.

Option 1: Refund
Choose this option for a standard return. In the returns portal, select your preferred carrier and purchase your return label. The €7.25 return shipping cost is your responsibility.
Once we've received and processed your return at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.

The gift will be carefully wrapped in the style of your choice. You also have the option to add a personal message, handwritten on a beautiful card.
Your wrapped gift can be delivered directly to the recipient, without an invoice. To do this, enter the recipient's shipping address during checkout.
