You can login with your e-mail address and order number.
If possible, use the same shipping box or envelope to pack your return, and stick the return label on the box. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label.
As soon as our warehouse has processed your return, you will receive a message about the reimbursement.
The original price tags have not been removed and the clothing is not worn and/or washed. Shoes may not have visible walking tracks and a shoe box may not be used as a packaging for the return.
Option 1: Refund
We see this option as a 'normal' return. You choose a carrier of your choice in the portal and you immediately pay the shipping label.
As soon as we have received and process your return in our warehouse, the refund will be within 1-5 business days.
Option 3: Store credit
If you choose this option, you will receive the full refund as a store credit (gift card), with an extra amount of €6.
The advantage of this choice is that we also give you an additional €6 extra on top of the return value. As soon as we have received and process you in our warehouse, you will receive an email with the Gift Card.
